This attractive furnished 2 bedroomed, one bathroomed apartment overlooks the Baviaans river in a secure complex.   It is  open plan living with a balcony where you can relax and enjoy the surrounding mountains and noises of the river. The situation is ideal  for walking to the beach,  shops and restaurants.

HOUT BAY – VICTORIA BEACH
Brand new apartments
Only 2 mins from Hout Bay beach with a small pool and sundeck for residents on the roof. Lovely views of the surrounding mountains and the bay.

the building has 3 levels with some  of the apartments being duplex with the bedrooms upstairs and balconies with views.

Accommodation comprises:
1 bedroomed with single bathroom consisting of shower, toilet and basin. An  open-plan kitchen and lounge and dining area leads onto a balcony.

HOUSE CLOVELLY for Golf Players
Lovely comfortable home in Clovelly. Very close to Clovelly Golf Club and 10 mins away from Fish Hoek beach and Kalk Bay

With magnificent ocean views from all bedrooms, this spacious holiday house sleeps up to 11 people.
There are 4 double rooms, a single room and a separate guest cottage with 2 single beds and en-suite bathroom.
In the main house there are 2 bathrooms and two further separate w.c’s. for guests.
The indoor barbecue allows views overlooking Camps Bay and there is also a real & authentically decorated adults ‘Pub’ downstairs – ideal for special evenings with friends & to add to your enjoyment of entertaining in style.!
This is a wonderful house for a fun & a relaxing holiday.   Also conveniently located to Camps Bay Beach with its promenade of some of Cape Town’s finest continental coffee shops and most popular restaurants.
